NextStep Coaching Hub was founded by a group of passionate Ugandan coaches and development professionals who believed that every individual in Uganda deserves access to world-class coaching.
We saw talented professionals stuck in unfulfilling careers, entrepreneurs with brilliant ideas but no strategic direction, and young graduates overwhelmed by the transition from campus to the professional world. We knew something had to change.
Starting with just three coaches and a small office in Ntinda, Kampala, we built NextStep on the principles of authenticity, accountability, and measurable transformation. Today, we are proud to be Uganda's most trusted coaching platform, with a team of 15 certified coaches serving clients across East Africa.
Our approach blends internationally accredited coaching methodologies with deep local insight — because we understand that Uganda's professional landscape is unique, vibrant, and full of opportunity for those with the right guidance.
